From the Founders: September Edition

Hey Explorers! — Kendra here, checking in as we wrap up an exciting September and head into an equally wonderful October at Connektd. 🙌

First, I want to send a huge thank you to all of you who’ve jumped on board. We’ve seen amazing engagement and explosive growth, with both Career Explorers and businesses actively shaping the future of what it means to learn by doing and growing through mentorship. It’s been a whirlwind, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s coming next.

Here’s What We’ve Been Up To:

1. Building Stronger Connections: Over the past four weeks, we’ve facilitated so many incredible experienceships. Businesses have stepped up to mentor and guide Career Explorers, and the feedback has been incredible. Leaders are developing stronger teams, and explorers are gaining invaluable real-world skills. 🌱

2. The Power of Community: Our Career Explorers’ community is growing every day. We’ve added new features to enhance collaboration and ensure you’ll get the most out of your time on the platform when we launch. 🎉

3. Matching, Perfected: We’ve been working tirelessly to refine our matching system, making sure businesses and explorers are connecting in more meaningful ways. This is just the beginning of how smart tech will power the future of career growth. 🤖

What’s Next:

• We’ll be launching new community initiatives soon, with exclusive access to industry experts, deeper mentorship programs, and more hands-on workshops.

• Our team is continually tweaking and improving the platform based on our initial user testing feedback—so if you’ve got ideas or thoughts, I’d love to hear them.

Connektd is only getting better from here, and we can’t wait to continue this journey with all of you.
