Resumes are dead. Here's what to post instead

The job market has changed again — and your resume isn't enough (spoiler alert - content is.

I've watched students get hired just for sharing real, imperfect posts about what they're learning:

  • A comp sci student rebuilt a clunky checkout flow — and got 3 startups in their DMs.

  • A marketing student broke down a viral ad campaign — and landed an internship with that brand.

  • A design student posted a 30-day UI challenge — and got hired before graduation.

Why? Because content shows what a resume can't:

  • How you think

  • What you're curious about

  • What it's actually like to work with you

They weren't polished. They were visible.

So while everyone else is tweaking bullet points and praying for a callback, you could be building a body of work that attracts the right people to you.

No perfect credentials needed. Just the courage to think in public.

Try this: Post once this week. Something you're building, learning, noticing, or wondering about.

Because the best proof you're ready for the job? Is showing up like you're already doing it.
