  • You don’t need clout to get noticed. You just need a voice.

You don’t need clout to get noticed. You just need a voice.

“I don’t have anything valuable to say.”

If I had a dollar for every student who said this, we’d be running Kaie from a yacht.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t need a resume full of job titles to build credibility online.
You just need something to say — and the guts to say it out loud.

Most people wait for permission. For a title. For experience.
That’s a losing game.

Want to get noticed by recruiters? Start showing how you think.
Here’s how to post on LinkedIn even if you’re just starting out:

🔹 1. React to something you read.

“I read this article on remote work and this line broke my brain…”

Say why it hit you. What did it challenge or clarify? That’s how you show curiosity and critical thinking — two things employers love.

🔹 2. Share one insight from class.

“Learned about network effects today and realized why TikTok beat Instagram Reels.”

This shows you can connect theory to the real world. Instant credibility.

🔹 3. Document what you’re building.

“Built a budgeting app this week — learned more about UX mistakes than I expected.”

People love seeing how you think through problems. Even if it flops.

🔹 4. Ask a real question.

“Is anyone else noticing junior roles disappearing in tech?”

This sparks conversation. And conversations build relationships.

🔹 5. Share what you’re stuck on.

“Torn between product and marketing — curious how others made the call.”

Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s what makes people want to help.

Every week, we see students land referrals, gigs, and mentors — not because they were polished, but because they showed up honestly.

✨ Visibility isn’t about perfection. It’s about participation.
